Journal of Halal Ecosystem and Governance (JHEG) is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and critical discussion on the development, governance, and sustainability of the global halal ecosystem. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, policymakers, industry professionals, and practitioners to explore halal not merely as a matter of religious compliance or product certification, but as a dynamic ecosystem shaped by regulation, institutions, markets, technology, ethics, culture, and societal transformation.
